How do I redeem my Choice Gift Card?

Go to giftcard.co.uk and click on 'Redeem Choice Gift Card' at the top of the homepage. Enter your 19-digit card number to check the current balance. Then, pick a gift card of your choice from the available selection. Fill in your details along with the PIN code, which you’ll find on the back of the card under the scratch-off layer. Finally, redeem your Choice Gift Card.

The PIN on my Choice Gift Card is no longer visible

If the PIN is no longer visible on your gift card, please contact us using our customer service.

What’s the balance on my Choice Gift Card?

You can easily check your gift card balance at giftcard.co.uk. The balance on your Choice Gift Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

How long is my Choice Gift Card valid?

Your Choice Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I choose multiple gift cards with one Choice Gift Card?

How do I scratch the foil on my Choice Gift Card?

Gently scratch the foil to reveal your PIN. Avoid sharp objects as they may damage the code. If the PIN is unreadable, contact us.

Many of our gift cards are available as e-vouchers by email, but not all. You’ll find this clearly stated on each product page.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days, but during busy periods at the local post office, times may vary. Has your gift card not arrived on time? Download this e-voucher and fill in the details. Please note: this voucher has no monetary value. It’s simply a small gesture to bridge the waiting time and offer you a little extra service.
